Aliana gazed up from where she stood in the corner of the room, wondering if she should intervene or not. She normally avoided such conflicts, not wanting to interfere in what seemed like such a personal matter to her. Aliana shook her head in dismay, saying nothing. They had enough problems with the gangs attacking every now and then. Now was not the time to be injuring each other over a misunderstanding as well.

Bret was tense as well, but he tried to keep from showing it. "I'll try to keep Trudy safe," he said, "but she has a mind of her own. I can't control her or what she does. If you threaten or hurt her again, though, I'll fight to protect her."

"They're taking their time, aren't they?" Jack commented as he and his newly made friend prepared the quarters for the incoming refugees.

Brendon shook his head, What she told you isn't true. I didn't throw her anywhere. She cam in yelling at me, I got up to leave, she blocked the door. I picked her up walked over to the chair and dropped her there. I never threatened her nor will I. I love her and if I hurt her I didn't mean to. Now wether or not you believe me is up to you."

Shonnalen stepped in, "Well, sence you gentle men handled that without bloodshed, I need a word with the group. In the kitchen, now ... we have been asked to relocate and I need a vote." She walked down the stairs followed by Brendon.

Bret was glad that the incident was over without a fight. "I'll go find Jackson." he said, and headed off into the mall. He found the man sitting his bedroom, laying on his bed. "Hey," he said, "group meeting."
Jackson sighed and rolled off the bed. The pair joined Shonnalen and Brendon.

"Yes, they do seem to be," Kira said and laughed while pulling the cover up further, "Who is this?"

Aliana got up wordlessly and followed Shonnalen and Brendon into the kitchen, entering soon after Bret and Jackson. She stood silently waiting for the rest of the group to gather, interested on hearing about this new location.

Trudy waited till Brendon walked past her she walked behind him, she watched him. she couldn't help but wonder if he really meant what he said. <i> did he really mean what he said?</i> she thought to herself. when they all sat down at the table she stood behind Brendon, she bent down and wispered in his ear. Brendon looked over at Trudy, "I wouldn't have said it if I haddn't ment it." He stepped back and pulled her in front of him, then wrapped his arms around her. "I'm sorry if I hurt you... I didn't mean to ... I was just so... angry." He stopped talking and just hugged her, not careing tht Bret was standing there.

Shonnalen looked around at the little group gathere and said, "Ok, I have been asked to grelocate the group. However, the place we are relocateing to is the hospital. I have been told it is safer and easier to protect, but there is a stench and dead bodies. I personall think that we are safe enough here, plus we each have our own rooms that are quiet spacious. I need a vote, because I told the doctor over at the hopsital that I would talk to you and see what you had to say."

((since we have a charrie named Jack, I'm going to change Jackson's name to Allen, before we get much farther into it. lol))

Allen crossed his arms and leaned back in his chair. "Dead people and me don't get along very well." he said.

"I think it sounds like a good idea." Bret said. "We'd probably be safer there from the mobs, and we'd be closer to medicines."

Trudy looked at Bret. " but Bret. there are dead people there...and it probably smells. are you crazy?!" she asked him
