Naidele leaned against the tree and looked up at Khienro. She shrugged. "I don't," she said, "There's just too much on my mind for me to sleep."

Aeryn sleep for about an hour until he couldn't sleep any longer. He stood up and walked over to the two of them and said, "I can take over watch, if you like..."

Khienro smiled sypatheticly down at her, then turned leant down and whispered to Aeryn,

"Of course. In the meantime, get some sleep. I think we all will need alot of it."

"I know the feeling." He glanced around at their sleeping companions, and leant down a bit, "Well, I don't really wish to wake them, so... Do you want me to come down there? Or you could come up here. That way, we don't have raise our voices."

Naidele smiled. "I used to climb trees back home," she said as she grabbed one of the lower branches and began to pull herself up, "I will join you up here." She made her way up to the branch he was sitting on, careful not to tear her dress, and sat down next to him. Then she looked down and noticed that Aeryn was awake. "I'm not really tired now," she said to his offer, "But you can stay up and talk with us if you wish."

Khienro nodded his agreement, and then shifted his current position a little, so that Naidele could sit comfortably in the tree. He then laughed,

"You can stay up, I suppose, but we al need rest, and I don't know how much more room there is in this tree!" He whispered humorously, his teeth very visible in the little moonlight that there was.

Naidele laughed quietly. She moved a little closer to Khienro, trying to make room for Aeryn. "Who knows, maybe this branch will fit all of us."

"Only if you want me too!" Aeryn whispered and then, climbed up like he used to when he was a kid. He fit on the branch, just barely.

Khienro wavered slightly on the branch when Aeryn suddenly decided to climb up, and then he fell, but wrapped his long fingers around a small branch as he fell, and then quickly hoisted himself back up.

"Alright... just tell me when you do those kinds of things." He said quietly, examining his hands, which now had a few small scratches on the palms, as well as a few on his fingers.

Naidele gasped and stifled a little cry of surprise when Khienro fell. She was surprised at how easily he pulled himself back up. "Here, let me see your hand," she said, taking his hand in hers and examining the scratches there.
