Lucy suddenly tripped over a root and howled in pain, and as Peter bent over to help her up, both looked at each other, hearing sounds of wolves above them. "They're in the tunnel!" Lucy said, getting to her feet again with Peter's help.

"Quick! This way!" said Beaver.
"Hurry!" said Mrs. Beaver. Evelyn tried to pick up the pace, but slipped on something. She fell to the ground with a grunt, but quickly got up and took after Susan and Lucy.

Beaver suddenly stopped. "You should've brought a map!" said Mrs. Beaver.
"There wasn't room next to the jam!" said Beaver. He suddenly jumped up. Evelyn went after Mrs. Beaver, and helped Susan and Lucy up.

Peter came out shortly after the girls, then helped Beaver as he rolled a barrel in front of the hole they'd just come out of. Lucy tripped and fell over just about then, and fell on top of little stone things, and she looked down at them in shock.

Evelyn suddenly understood, and her hand slowly covered her mouth.

(Yeah..the only character we don't have right now is Tumnus, actually..sorry.)
"What happened to them?" Lucy asked, looking horrified at the sight.
"This is what happens to the enemies of the White Witch." a sly voice said from nearby, and a fox suddenly came into view.
