About a half an hour later Edward entered the school again..
He licked the blood of his teeth and continued down the hall to the biology class room.

Edward took a seat in the back and glanced at his biology book wearily.. He hated Biology..

Alyth looked back at Edward and smiled, then whispered, "How was your meal, my friend?" She said and winked. Then, she added. "I have to get out...tonight...I feel like I'm going to crawl out of my skin..." She shuddered and sighed again angrily.

Liam watched as the students slowly filed in his class, their emotions coming into his senses. He detected the usual ones: boredom, anxiety, a minor hatred. When the bell rang and the last student came in, Liam closed the door and said, "Good afternoon, class. Before we begin our next chapter, I will give you back your test scores. The results were fairly well for the most part. A couple disturbed me, though" He picked up a stack of papers from his desk and began distributing them.

Raine ran as fast as she could down the hall towards the biology room. The late bell had already finished ringing a moment ago. She burst through the door and blushed when all the other students looked up at her. She had just arrived at school a few moments ago after a very delicious lunch. She could still taste the blood on her lips.

"Sorry," she said to the teacher with an apologetic smile as she hurried to her seat beside Alyth.

She let out a small groan when she saw that yesterday's tests were being distributed. She knew she had not done well on it.

I'm back!

yasimi groaned as she looked at her test "69", she said in a low voice. She forgot to study for it so she knew she didn't do well. yasimi overheard Alyth talking about her night out and asked"may I come with you i haven't been out in a week now and I feel awful".

Alice and Jocelyn had made their way from lunch to the next class, biology. Alice watched her brother disappear and knew where he had run off to. She sighed and continued her conversation with Jocelyn as they moved to their seats.

Jocelyn rolled her eyes when Professor Liam told the class that they were recieving their tests back. Biology wasn't a strong point for her so she knew she did bad. Alice on the other hand felt rather good about getting the test.

Bella was pleasantly surprised - she hadn't failed the test, she'd done rather remarkably well for procrastinating all her studying to the last couple of days. She looked up with a grin, and tucked it into her bag, listening attentively as the teacher continued.

Edward looked at Alyth..
"Oh, it was normal.. I'm starting to get tired of always drinking from bloody animals.. "

He looked at his test score. It was a 70..
Feh, who cared anyway, certainly not him..

"Ok," Liam said as he strolled to the front of the room. "We should begin our next chapter, genetics." He began writing notes on the chalkboard. Another surge of boredom and aggravation came to his senses. He knew they never liked it when they had to take notes. "We all know that living organisms can only reproduce their specific species. Another thing we know is that offspring resemble their parents more than they do with less closely related individuals of the same species. This transmission of traits from one generation to the next is called heredity. Along with this we also have variation where the offspring differs slightly in appearance from their parents or siblings, which is why you and your brother or sister aren't carbon copies of each other." He stopped to allow them write down the notes, at least those that wanted to.

Yasimi sat thereacting like she was writing down notes she knew he didn't mind if she didn't write down notes. Yasimi already knew she was going to fail the next test either way so what's the use.

Bella reluctantly took notes - much as she didn't like it, her parents would not be happy if her bio mark dropped any lower. Offspring resemble their parents...heredity...carbon copies...

The organism sprouts another one off from itself. Because there is no other set of genes for the organism to reproduce with, the offspring is a direct copy from its parent."

Alice took key notes, writing down only the important words that she would need to know for the tests. Jocelyn on the other hand just drew in her notebook, ignoring her teacher as she always did.

Raine put away her test, a 64, and took out a sheet of paper. In the beginning she tried to follow what Proffesor Liam was saying and even managed to get a few notes down. But about ten minutes into the lecture, her thoughts were already elsewhere. She idly doodled on her notes sheet while she wondered if anything interesting would happen that night.

Rosalie, who was sitting behind her younger sister Alice, boredly copied down notes. She was doing it more out of habit then actually paying attention. She was hungry. School food did not really appease her appetite. She kept stealing glances toward Edward who seemed not quite himself todayand made a mental note of forcing it out of him later.

(BTW, what's Rosalie's powers?)
