Well that is pretty high stakes, considering some environmentalist groups advocate the complete removal of the government to stop environmental damage. But we could do anarchist if you like. I'm quite willing to compromise.

You could both have it. The eco-terrorists could join up with the anacharists because in this particular instance, they both want the same thing (if you are going with the radical eco-terrorists who want the complete removal of government). Then Sojourner could play the anarchist and Caunion can play the eco-terrorist leader. Just a thought.

Charlie Crews
Organization: FBI (Hostage Negotiator)
Rank: Special Agent
Appearance:
Image
Personality: Slightly odd, zen-like personality that will be explained later in the history.
History: Charlie Crews served twelve years of a life sentence for a triple homicide he did not commit. During that time, Charlie lost everything he had - his wife, his friends, and his fellow agents.

Charlie Crews was a FBI agent in prison. It would have been easier if they had sentenced him to death. Everyone wanted a piece of him, guards as well as inmates. Charlie was in the prison hospital more than he was out. In order to ensure his safety, it was decided that Charlie would serve the remainder of his sentence, the remainder of his life, in twenty-three hour a day lockdown. Twenty-three hours a day in a six by eight foot cell. Charlie lost his mind. He talked to the walls, to himself, to his wife who couldn't hear him. And always, he heard the voice in his head saying, "I didn't do it."

After two years in that locked box, though, guilt began to creep into Charlie. He began to wonder, "Did I do it?" If he was in this box being punished, he must have done something. Then during his one hour a day all alone in the isolated prison yard, he discovered a book lying on the ground - The Way of Zen. When he finally decided to pick it up, Charlie read the whole book in one sitting. He read it again the next day. Sometimes he read only one page a day, sometimes only one word. That book gave him himself back. He was here, in this cell. That was all he had but it was all he had. This was his life. It was then that Charlie requested a spot back in general population. If this were his life, he would live it in the presence of other human beings.

When Constance Griffiths came to see Charlie with the proposition of re-opening his case, of giving Charlie hope, Charlie told her there was no outside world to which he could return. There was only this place, and he was here, now. Please leave him alone. But Constance wouldn't do that. And finally Charlie consented to let her help him.

The first tests were negative for Charlie's DNA. The path to exoneration looked clear. Along with his Exoneration Plea, Constance had filed suit against the FBI. They were more than happy to pay cash in order to get the exoneration put behind them. But Charlie wanted more than cash; Charlie wanted his badge and gun back. He would have been a special agent by now, so Constance got that for him as well.

Freedom nearly blinded Charlie Crews. It was as if he had to learn everything again. Constance helped him shop for a house, and he bought the first one he saw, big and new and empty. He also bought a car, a Bentley. He went to the doctor, the dentist, the beach, and, like a crutch he needed in order to walk, Constance was always by his side.

After the first month of freedom, Charlie found Ted Earley, whom he had taken under his wing in prison, alone and broke in a cheap motel. Charlie took Ted home with him and gave him a room above his garage. Although Ted can no longer handle money in publicly held companies, he can handle Charlie's settlement money, which he does. Maybe it's not a good idea to let a convicted felon handle your settlement money. But maybe it's not such a good idea to get attached to that money in the first place.

When Charlie returns to the Agency, brings his prison knowledge with him. He now knows the law from both sides, as cop and con. He also understands that his version of Zen applies to being a cop. Charlie believes everything is connected - victims, bystanders, witnesses, even his new partner, Dani Reese, who has a wall at which Charlie insists on picking away, not only out of curiosity, but also because it's fun. Regardless, she is his partner, and Charlie will back her up one hundred percent.

But the badge and the newfound wealth can't change what Charlie has been through. His world is a different one than the rest of us see, because his world lacks social pretense. And although there is darkness in Charlie's story, darkness in Charlie's job, Charlie will never stop trying to find the light.

It is 7.24 pm, one of the first cold nights of October. The sun had long set and night fell quickly, depriving the sky of its colours . Neon light in store windows and bright car lights lightened up the street. Ayla Guillermo wrapped her scarf tighter around her neck as the cold wind made her shiver in her coat.
It was not unusual that she went to work at that time. Her boss often asked her to work overtime during the important evening meetings which more than occasionally occured. Not that she was essential to that night's event, no, her only task was to open up, tidy the meeting room and bring some coffee and perhaps liquors at the end of the evening. But she was the cheapest working overtime. Ayla didn't mind working late, though she preferred to spend her evening in another way, but she needed the money.. alot.
Her breath formed small white clouds in the air and she was glad when she approached the tall, dark building. No lights shined through any window: obviously the building was empty. Ayla took her keycard from her wallet and she inserted it into the security device next to the revolving door. At the moment she was to type her code, she looked over her shoulder: aware of a strange sound. But when she couldn't spot anything she dismissed it as nothing extrodinairy, typed the code and waiting for the revolving door to unlock as she opened up the office.

[ Perhaps the terrorists would like to jump in somewhere.. ]

(yes, I do, along with Donovan, Rose, Anna, and a few others, lol)

[Okay, I hadn't read the last two pages... so, whats this meeting about? 'Cause Aaron is one of the people attending. He's some rich guy who's the head of a company, but I'm not sure what to make the company about... and I'll admit I'm being lazy today. Hey, I was up super early this morning hunting! lol!]

Milos Kazimir, for all his angry words that were vaulted away inside him, did not look like a threat. His face was younger than his thirty-five years. Much younger - he looked twenty-two, if that. His chestnut brown hair was shaggy and, as usual, unkempt.

He looked like a street rat that'd been shoved into a business suit and choked with a tie. He looked like a rookie who'd had a rough day. Perhaps this was that the man at the front desk let him in so easily as he flashed the white plastic id card. The guard hadn't looked it over to closely - not that it mattered. The id card, despite the fact that it was a fake, was flawless. A perfect match to the ones used by the company.

Milos would never stand for forgotten details.

He found the mens room and slipped inside, shedding his starched, pressed clothes and leaving them in a rumpled heap on the floor in exchange for his normal street clothes. A dingy colored hoodie and battered jeans looked hardly imposing has he slid them onto his lightly muscled frame. He'd heard that clothes speak volumes about a man, but found this ridiculous.

Milos preferred to speak for himself.

He slipped from the bathroom like a shadow, unnoticed. His cellphone slipped to his ear as he hit the speed dial, his tone hushed.

"Luke? Je Milos. I'm in. Sejdeme se ve tretim patre... Ano, ja vim, ze schuzka je na ctvrtem patre, v pordaku? Proste to, co rikam. Jo, a Mordakai prinest s sebou."

ooc: translation - "Luke, it's Milos. I'm in. Meet me on the third floor.... Yes, I know the meeting is on the fourth floor, just do as I say, alright? Oh, and bring Mordakai with you."

Jenya walked towards the company building with a slight hint of interest. She changed her grip on the duffel bag that she was carrying with her and walked right through the front door. The guard monitoring the lobby from the front desk merely glanced at her ID, then her plumber uniform, and allowed her to pass, accepting the bill that she put under the ID. She quickly went to the third floor women's bathroom and changed out of the clumsy coarse uniform into something much more comfortable and more appropriate for what she was about to do.

She pulled on a simple black jumper and black jeans on. On top of which, she put a bulletproof vest that she had bought through an arms dealer located here in New York. Also from the duffel bag she extracted her weapons: a silenced MP5, two sidearms, and a dagger which she concealed in her boot. Finally, she pulled a balaclava over her head and after checking outside, slipped out of the bathroom.

(Sojouner, do you want my character to meet with yours?)

((sure))

Milos leaned against the wall between the elevator and the water fountain. His expression was calm and composed, though his fingers itched anxiously against his jeans pocket, wishing he could light up a cigarette to calm his nerves as he waited for the rest of his team...
