Aleya glanced at the Elven leaders and as the glared at her, she nodded at them in greeting, the color of her eyes switching from blue to green for a split second so they would know what race she was. She turned then to Tasmion and asked, "Do you have a plan?" She didn't know why she asked him, except she thought of him as the leader, since he took charge at the beginning.

"Hmm, yeah," Tasniom said without confidence. "We ask them if we can buy some supplies from them and travel across their lands to the realm of the dwarves. And if they say no, well, we'll have to find another way across then."

Tasniom looked insulted. "I never said force," he hissed. "I just said another way. Which can encompass anything from traversing through another territory to just sneaking through."

Grageon leaned in.
"There is a dwarven outpost on the border. If you can live without food for a day, than, if the elves to meet our accomidations, we can stalk up there. There's roast, the best way-bread in the country, ripe meat off the bone. And don't forget dwarven ale. Makes my mouth water just to think of it," he said, not too much in awe of the elven country. He had seen in a few times before in battle...

Aleya nodded, not saying anything to Tasniom. She wasn't trying to insult him or anything among the like...she was just curious...by nature, not by race. She did smile, however, at the Dwarf. "I will keep that in mind, Dwarf, though I think I will kindly pass on the ale."

Tasniom frowned as he heard about the dwarf brag about the dwarves' hospitality. He wasn't exactly too pleased to go to a dwaven fortress unless it was absolutely necessary. As in, he was fatally injured. Soon, though, they party stopped as did Tasniom. A small party of elves emerged, one of them apparently the leader, as he was situated in the middle of them. He began to speak, but it was in the Elven tongue, something that Tasniom did not speak. The elf to the right of him translated, "Welcome to our fair lands. We demand that you tell us who are you and why you are here. Utter any falsehood and we will kill."
Tasniom nodded and said, "I am Tasniom, Captain of the Border Guard of Sorseline. We bear grave news for your leaders to hear and I fear only they should be allowed to hear it."
