Darrell was lying out on one of the lawns, enjoying the late afternoon sunshine. He had no further lessons that day, and was taking some time out from any form of exercise, either physical or mental. His eyes were closed, but he was well aware of what was going on around him, something he had a small talent for; being aware of his surroundings, without using his eyes.

He was glad the weather was still fair, as the onset of autumn wouldn't be all that far around the corner, and he favoured the summer. He was also looking forward to the weekend. He would be captaining the schools small cricket team for the first time, and he couldn't wait to get on the field. The match against a local club would be one of the last of the season, and no doubt his last opportunity to play that year. He was hoping he would play well so he could go into the off season happy.

He listened as the group a way to his right steadily grew and smiled. He liked this place so much.

[Hope it is ok me assuming the position of cricket captain. Considering it is in England we should have a team. Any good english school does ]

"Oh, sorry. Hi Caunion." Este said, smiling. She was relaxed again and felt embarrassed for being so grumpy before. "I won't be going...but then I'm not a party person anyway." She added with another smile.

[[I have an idea, how about everyone who plans on staying involved PMs me with: if they are a newbie or not, which form they are in (or how old they are), and which clubs/sports they will be in. Then I can make a list on page1, and update it regularly. For anyone's reference, and to make things easier!]]

Larael looked up once more, completely forgetting her lost map, and her missed class. Another group of people had formed not too far away from the first. Just a small group though, nothing compared to the one that was sitting under the small tree near by.
'twas a girl and a boy. The girl looked near her age, and the boy a wee bit older. She wished she could talk to them, but then she would need to wish for a free period. She sighed, sitting back on her heels and hoisting her bag over her shoulder. Maybe she'd be able to ask someone in the hall as to where her class was.
Larael glanced back over at the pair on the lawn. Boy did some of these people seem awfully familiar.

LDM spotted a girl and a boy (Amoniel and Darrell) sitting on the grass not far from her. She slung her bag over her shoulder and went over to them. "Hey," she said conversationally.
