Elizabeth caught the compass as Jack threw it to her. She looked down at it for a moment, but did not give the rum bottle back. She stood her ground beside Jack and listened and nodded her head as Will addressed him. She was disgusted to see Jack drunk and nearly out of his wits... again. And why did it have to be now when they needed him most? "Jack, we need you. We can't and won't take no for an answer." she looked over at Will with a look that said 'why don't we take him? he's too drunk to do anything anyway?'.

Lotty bit her lower lip as she listened to Claudia's story about how she got the map. She jumped when Claudia dropped the bottle. "wha...?" she stopped suddenly and listened to the other woman in complete silence. "no, you're right. We can't risk it," she sighed, "but we need a crew to get the treasure." she gave Claudia an earnest, helpless look. "so either way we'll have to split it more than two ways." she met Claudia's eyes with her own.

Jupiter grinned as the rain became heavier, she circled Alex once and flicked her sword towards Alex's right side.

Alex ducked and whirled. Her blade collided with Jupiter's. Without waiting, she flicked her wrist and sent Jupiter's sword flying.

Jupiter cursed and gave a bow to Alex. "Brilliant dueling, mate. Now, I hear something of talk in the brigs. Perhaps we should see what the Turner's are up to?" Jupiter said with an evil grin.

Alex returned the bow. "I like the idea," she said with a dark smirk. "Make sure they're enjoying their stay. Wouldn't want to have the captain's reputation for hospitality sullied by a poor review."

Jupiter picked up her sword and put it away. She chuckled slightly then made her way down to the bring. At first she thought her eyes were playing tricks on her, then she blinked again. She withdrew two of her guns. She pointed one at Hawk and the other at Emily. "Oi! What are they doing out of their cell! Oh, I know. You bloody let them out!" Jupiter hissed angrily as she narrowed her eyes at Hawk.

Mary pulled Emily back and stepped in front of her, between the her and the guns, "It wasn't his fault," she lied quickly, " He didn't let us out, I took the keys from him."

Alex removed a pistol and a sword from her belt. "Bad doesn't even begin to cover it. Now let's not make this bloody. If Hawk was as foolish as to allow the keys to be simply pilfered by a little girl, the captain to deal with him. Either way, your futures are all looking rather grim. Now, let's not mince words. In you go."

" look, i took the keys, leave my sister alone, mr. hawk here was not on watch for us he just came down to go to the powder room for a moment and i had gotten the keys he didnt see me take them nor is it his fault....if you want someone to punish, punish me.." she said bravly.

Jupiter looked at Emily with her dark brown eyes. "Really? 'Cause that can easily be arranged. I would take pleasure in killing you. Though the Captain might not want that, so..." She stated with a sneer. She strode towards Emily, and kicked her to the ground by hitting the sensitive part behind the kneecap. Once Emily hit the ground, Jupiter pulled Emily back up and pushed her against a wall. "Listen here Turner. I will NOT, stand lies on this ship. Especially lies when trying to defend a guilty crew member." Jupiter hissed, as she let Emily drop to the ground when she let go. Taking a step back, she looked at all of them. "Turner's, I will make sure to talk to the Captain about your deaths." Jupiter hissed as she looked at the three children. She then turned to glare at Hawk. "As for you Hawk, make sure you know that you are part of the Captain's crew and under his command. That your loyalty lies to him, and not that Turner girl named Emily." Jupiter said with a smirk, as she turned on heel. She then turned around to stand next to Alex. "Well Turner, into the cell you go. I'm not going to give you a grand invitation."

Alex sneered at them. "Personally, I would be more than happy, even overjoyed to administer the punishments. What do you think, Jupiter? I'd say the snip would last...perhaps a minute?"

Jupiter put her pistol away and glanced at Alex, a small grin on her face. "That would perhaps be the easiest. Save the Captain a job and do it for him." Juptier replied with a snicker.

Hawk didn't flench when Jupiter pointed her postol at him. "Do what you like with the girl, but I never had a key. It was your job to keep track of the captains key, and you know just as well as I that the other was held by him." He gestured to the scruffy furball sitting on his boot watching the exchange. "I came down to see them out of the cage so I assumed you let them out. However now it would apear that they bribed him." He turned on his heal and walked up the stares. "I know where my allegiance lies, and I don't take kindly to having it challenged." He said over his shoulder as he disapeared into the rain.
