Knyn yanked hard on the reins and reached down to whisper soothing words in his horse's ear. Gradually the beast quieted, though it still shied away from the corpse.
"We split up to look for survivors," he said quietly. "Turwaithiel and Meneldor?" _________________

He uncovered from his long tattered black cloak, the blood bottle he had been carrying for a while now.. He took a swig and then returned it back in his cloak..

Meneldor walked with Turwaithel, then, when they were out of sight of the others, he pulled down his hood. "Ah, that's better." He said, sighing.
He looked at Tur. "I... hope you do not think ill of me, lady?" he said to her.

"Death Lord's work?" Knyn asked quietly as their horses clattered slowly down the deserted streets. Frankly, he highly doubted the complete annihilation would allow for any survivors.

"Well..." Tur said, a bit more uneasy than eariler. Fog had formed around the deserted city and the cold came in quickly. Tur unsheathed her swords and steered with her knees.
