(I don't know... do we want to jump ahead to the more suspicious/kidnapping part? or introduce more charries?)

((Well, as I said, Valinn and Regarn won't come in 'til the kidnapping anyway, so...yeah. I'm all for moving ahead. *looks to SG*))

I'm fine with moving ahead, too.

((AH! SOOOOOOO SORRY!! Ok, yes, we can skip ahead, and hence to the kidnapping part, so that Ziatan and therefore Tynira will be flying off to Endor, while the rest of the temple (or namely ones close to Tynira) are in chaos. For the moment anyway.)

((We are skipping to the moment when Ziatan does the kidnapping - drugging Tynira and taking her to a prepared transport, then takes off to Endor - after killing his former master. Then, that morning,(btw, Ziatan hides his presence) the temple is quite chaotic. Hope that helped.))

(I guess I will)
Tynira Mek, Jedi Master, finished the last movements of the lightsaber drill and held the guard position, counting to ten slowly before she relaxed. Turning her blade off, she walked to the side of the seemingly-empty practice room. She wasn't breathing heavily, but she felt like it. No matter how effortless and graceful she could make a drill look, it still took enormous effort and concentration.
The Master reached for her canteen, taking long sips of the cool water. She must be more tired than she thought - and she hadn't been sleeping well lately. Maybe she should sit down.
Her vision greyed as she began to lower herself to the floor. Then suddenly, she lost all control. The room spun into oblivion as her legs crumpled beneath her, and she knew no more.

Are we going to be posting as soon as the disappearance is discovered, or a few hours later?

Valera and potr will work out the kidnapping, I will be the one who 'discovers' it, and then relays it to you, Aerandir, and hence chaos ensues.

As Tynira finally lapsed into unconsciousness, a solitary figure emerged slowly from the shadows. A slight smirk formed across Ziatan's face as he easily lifted the Jedi Master into his arms and once again disappeared into the shadows. All too easy.

"Do not lose your focus, Padawan," Regarn chided gently as he easily parried the blow.
"Apologies, Master," Valinn muttered in response. He took a deep breath and held his lightsaber up again. For some unexplainable reason, he'd been ill at ease for the majority of the day. Something just felt...wrong. As he readied himself for the next attack, he suddenly felt a shiver run down his spine. Something was most definitely wrong. But where-
"Point." His master's clear voice interrupted Valinn's thoughts. Regarn had his lightsaber positioned right at Valinn's neck, indicating the end of the match. "Honestly, Valinn, getting beaten like that by a weak old man like me?" Regarn commented dryly, flashing his apprentice a teasing grin as he searched for a towel. "I don't know where your-"
"Excuse me, Master," Valinn interrupted, suddenly taking off in the direction of one of the other nearby training rooms. He wasn't certain what made him choose the one he did, but the Force was screaming to him from that room. He quickly entered in a code and opened the door, only to find the room completely empty. Nothing seemed out of place, aside from a towel that had been dumped rather uncerimoniously on the floor and a canteen still sitting on the bench. He wasn't certain whether he was too late or too early, but one thing was clear: whatever had caused the disturbance was gone.

As soon as Ziatan had gotten Tynira safely aboard his waiting ship and ensured that she wouldn't wake up or be found, he hurried back into the Temple for one last necessary task. He hadn't originally intended to depart quite so early, but the recent series of events surrounding Padawan Kara's discovery had somewhat sped up the process. There was only one last thing remaining.
He moved quickly and quietly through the halls of the Temple until at least he came to his former master's quarters. Not bothering with the door chime, he waved a hand to open the door and strode in purposefully. "Our plans are proceeding well, Master," he said, bowing slightly before Garat'ur. "There has, however, been one slight alteration to the plan."
((Apologies for the super-long post, but I needed to bring in Valinn and Regarn, so...yeah))

Super-long post? Hah! It was a fantastic length. I love posts that long. No need to apologize. It was refreshing.

(hint, hint: an analysis of the water in the canteen would probably show that it was drugged, leading to the question - who dun it?)
The darkness spun and shifted, scintillating with colors that were both bright and black. Tynira could do nothing but passively observe, feeling weighed down and sluggish. She could hear nothing, see nothing, feel nothing - until she recognized a much-beloved voice.
"Tynira Mek." Yes, very familar. "Are you ready, my student?"
She heard herself - a much younger self - answering, just as she had then. "Master ... I feel there is still so much to learn. Perhaps I should wait to take the Trials."
Something changed, and brief visions flashed before her eyes. Candle flames and datapads, flashing lightsaber blades and cold, hard ice. A broad silver ring, shaped like a lily, slid onto her finger, a token of gratitude from an ambassador whose life she had saved.
"Master!" The scream, the shock and helplessness as the unanticipated explosion ripped life from her first padawan. The reaction, the spontaneous Force-meld as she dragged the broken body to safety. The agonizing wait as the healers fanned the solitary spark of life into flame once again - the realization that she might have not been able to move on if her apprentice had died.
A little girl, blue-eyed with a dark braid, practising beginning dueling exercises with a group of other younglings. There had been an instant bond - this one was so much like herself, yet so different. It was hard, at first, getting her to talk. But the darkness was closing in again, and she reached out her hand - and nothing, and blackness.
===========
"Coming in hot!" Jasson Xereb's hand was wrapped tightly around the flight stick - probably too tightly. But what else could one do, when coming in with a flaming engine? Those mechanics on Alderaan should be fired. "I've got the escorts flanking me now." Way to ruin his leave from the squadron. "Hang, I'm coming in too fast!" He completely cut the power to his engines and engaged his repulsorlift - which gurgled slightly and reported functionality at fifty percent. "Not good. Coming in hot and fast. I might need a net. Oh, too late." The runway of one of Coruscant's emergency landing fields rushed up at him, determined to collide with his craft. "Sithspit," he said, and hit the ground. It was not pretty.
