Erik hit the elevator button in a smash. As the elevator made its steady ascent, Erik was whispering, "Come on, come on, come on." Finally there was a ding and the elevator doors opened to reveal three fedayeens. Without thinking once again, he shot all three of them in the elevator. He quickly made for the stairs. On the second floor, he encountered another fedayeen which he shot immediately. He rammed the back door and outside where Claire waited with the passenger's seat's door open. Erik quickly hopped in and closed the door after him. As Claire drove out of the hotel and Erik reloaded his gun, he said, "We won't be returning to Nice anytime soon."
