Meriana nodded. " ok...thank you once again friend. we will leave you here to rest." she huged her, careful not to hurt her. Meriana walked with Gold Dusk and sunfire to the cave entrance. Meriana noticed Darren following them she turned to him. " no...you stay here.." she said.

Darren grabed Meriana's arm. " your not leaving me here with that beast.." he said harshly at her.

Meriana glared. " yes i am.."
Darren slaped her. " NO!" he yelled.

Cloudya was across the room in an instant moving much faster then most would have thought possible. She swung hard with her good arm knocking him flat. "Don't you ever... tough her again... Altadon pin him there and don't let him up till they're gone." The dragon walked over and placed his claw firmly over Darrens chest pinning him where he lay. Cloudya looked at the burse forming on Meriana's face. "Put some ice on that when you get home..." She said.

Meriana was shocked by the slap. tears welled in her eyes. she gave Darren and dirty look and walked out. she wiped the tear that sliped down her face and tried not to let anymore tears come. she looked at Gold Dusk and moved closer to him.

Gold Duks pulled Meriana close and walked down the mountain with Sun Fire on his other side.

Once they were gone Altadon let him up but blocked the entrance.

Darren stood and walked over to Cloudya he was going to tell her off, but there was something about her eyes that calmed him. he walked over to the side of the cave and sat there.

Cloudya nodded and walked back into the smaller cave. She stepped behind a thick curtain and changed into a light dress. It was more comfortable then her flying cloths. She made a few sandwitches and two bowls of the soup she had stared that morning. She walked over and looked out at Darren, "Could you help me?" She asked.

Altadon watched him intently, but didn't move from the entrance.

"I'll get the sandwitches If you'll cary the bowls of soup." She picked up the plate of sandwitches and placed them on the table.

Altadon followed quietly and stuck his nose in the back doorway. "Mind if I sit in?" He asked.
