Cantarious cleared his throat and looked away smiling.

Cloudya finished her meal and disapeared behind the curtain that separated her sleeping area fron the rest of her living quarters.

Cantarious led the way and they were soon heading out of Dragon's Keep the vally they called home.
Sunfire let Meriana ride, and Cantarious offered, but Gold Dusk decided to walk. He still had the speed to keep up with the two centars.

They got to the Old Medow some time just after midnight. The centar's stopped at the tree line and looked out to make sure all was safe.

Meriana hoped off of Sun Fires back and looked around. seeing it was clear she steped out into the meadow and started running, she ran twards where her and may first came.

Gold Dusk followed keeping an eye out.

The two centars watched and took a few steps out into the medow, but staed fairly close to the tree line.

Meriana stoped at the tree line on the other side of the meadow. she fell to her knees and sobed. as much as she hated her parents. she missed them.she knew her father had died and that hurt her even more. she had never let him know that she loved him even though he never loved her...she missed her old life. she missed her sister.

Gold Dusk stumbled over something and turned to look at what had tripped him. "Meriana!!!!" He call out as he carefully cradled the unmoving figure. "Meriana! Come quick!!!" He pulled off his cloak and bundled up the figure that lay motionless in his arms.

Meriana dried her tears. " what is it Gold Dusk?" she asked as she walked over. she gasped when she saw what it was. " MAY!" she exclaimed she nearly pushed Gold Dusk out of the way she held her sister. " may..oh may dear, wake up.." she pulled some water out of the pack she had on her back. she put it up to may's lips and may drank it.
she began to wake up.

"m-meriana.." she said as she opend her eyes.
" yes dear....it's me." she huged her.
May slowly put her arms around Meriana. " i thought...i mean...you...father told me you had been killed by the centars..." she said now regaining full contiousness..she had been sleeping when Gold Dusk tripped over her.
Meriana frowned. " no..i was not killed by them. they took me in as one of their own and they have taken care of me..and i am to be wed..."
" WHAT!" may said sitting straight up now, her arms went out and she smacked Gold Dusk in the nose. she turned to see who it was. " oh..i'm sorry. who are you?" she said feeling bad for hitting him.

Gold Dusk clapped a hand to his nose and fell backwards laying flat on his back. "Oooh... that hurt...Ow." He sat badk up and took his hand away making sure there was no blood. "My nameis Gold Dusk... I'm the one Meriana is going to mary."
