Kayden felt sad when her friend got up and left the compartment. She smiled weakly to the other girls. "Is there something going on today? Everyone seems sad."

Once out in the hall, Allison's search was proven futile, until she, quite literally, ran into her cousin, Aimee.

"I was wondering where you were." stated Aimee with a smile, not in the least perturbed by the fact that she had nearly been knocked over. "But where's your bodyguard?"

She was, of course, referring to Aidan, and Allison just shrugged. "I have no idea..probably with some of his Slytherin friends. What about your bodyguards?"

This was in reference to Aimee's older twin brothers, Shade and Aaron, who were never that far away from the fourteen year old.

"I dunno..they took off after getting on the train. Probably cooking up another scheme of theirs somewhere." Aimee replied, then shook her head. "Come on, let's find a compartment, before a Prefect decides to make us go to one."

Allison nodded in agreement, and the two girls walked down the hall, slipping into the first open compartment they found.

Chanel propped her elbow on an arm-rest and stared out the window, impatient to get to Hogwarts.She remained positioned so until her basket gave a yowl and an orange streak shot out, ricocheted off the glass door and crouched seething in the luggage rack. "Oh, silly cat!" Chanel exclaimed, and reached up. She gave a yelp and hurriedly backed off after that, sporting four parallel scrapes down her arm from the cat's claws. "I am going to kill that cat!"

In the back of the train, sat two boys abut the ages of 16. Both where really cute and single, but both where also quite different.

Shade, a 6th year Gryffindor, talked to his very old friend, Bryce, who was a 6th year Ravenclaw. Bryce was Victor Krum's son and Shade, even though he didn't inherite the red hair, was Ron Weasley's son. They had been friend's ever since the 2nd year at Hogwarts school.

Soon, there was a noise at the door to their compartment, and a red-headed boy slid the door open. "There you are, Shade. You gave me the slip earlier."

It was clear there was some family relation between the two, as they looked very similar(apart from their hair colors).
