Nightbane walked through the snow sniffing the air occasionally, the wind whipped around his face and had a sting to it.Padding his way around the many trees he searched for a hunt ,wild game or anyother wolves in the area. |

(i'll join) Wulfgar roamed the snowy plain trying to find something good to eat. He was starving and longed to sink his teeth into some flesh of an animal. The midnight black wolf quickly jerked his head upright as he smelled something.. it was another wolf near by. He barred his teeth and began to make a low growl. |

Head low, tail tucked against the tempestuous wind of the taiga, Silverclaw wound his way through the dry twigs and shrubbery. His bleeding paws left a trail of blood in the snow behind him. His single left eye - his other having been destroyed in a duel with another alpha male - restlessly roved the surrounding woodland. His pack was gone, his mate dead. And now he had nothing. The lean silver wolf planted his haunches in the snow and howled his lament. |

(me too) Another lone wolf, Silverfang, had just finished her meal and was walking away from the carcus. Snow fell upon her silver-white coat and it helped her blend into her surroundings. Her pack had been attacked by a stronger pack and was forced to retreat, leaving many of them dead. Only her and two other wolves survived, but she could not find them. She went back to a small den she found and went into the corner, where her 2 month old pup was hiding. She gave him some food and licked the top of his head before laying beside him. She had no clue where her mate was or if he was even alive. She watchede the snow fall as he pup fell asleep. |

(i'll join) A slender, strong shape of a she-wolf sneaked across the forest forest floor. Her pelt, the color of moonlight, camoflauged almost perfectly with glistening snow that fell about her. Winter followed the fresh trail of blood in the snow. It was a small doe who with a large limp from sustaining a large cut to her leg. The deer had probably been attacked by one of the cougars that still around. Judging from the amount of blood on the ground and how unstraight the tracks were, she wouldn't last long. This was the way of the wanderer. Scavenge to survive. If it was a summer day, she'd probaly be fit enough to take down a deer herself. But it was winter, the season of hunger. Especially for those without the strength of a pack. Gently, she padded over a log, the trail beside her. The log ended in a small clearing. The doe lay on the ground. There was a slow, uneven breathing coming from her lungs. Winter slunk over to her. With one bite to her neck, the doe's tense body became limp. With a small yelp of delight, the wolf buried her muzzle and began her first meal from a few days ago and certainly the best feast she'd gotten all winter. She ate for a while, savoring the flavor. Her eyes grew wide with delight. Her ears pricked up at the snap of leaves. Her head raised, staring in the direction the noise had come from. It was probably a fox or a rabbit but she watched for the intruder nevertheless. From the bushes, she heard the growling of another of her kind. Instinctively, she stood over her catch. Her snout opened, revealing her fangs and a low snarl came from her throat. |

The underbrush rustled again, and Silverclaw bounded out, teeth bared, snout incensed by the alluring scent of freshly caught deer. Midway into a feral lunge, however, he stopped, ears perking in surprise. This was a she-wolf. And by the ancestral law of his kind, he was forbidden to attack her. He edged sideways a bit, head cocked in apology. |

Silverfang heard some commotion outside and the first thought was her pup. She stood up and walked out, seeing another she-wolf and a wolf facing each other. She growled threateningly, letting both of them know she was in no mood for any sort of fun from either of them and that this was her den. |

(Is this a realistic rp or semi-realistic where we can talk and what not?) She was taken aback for a moment at his apology. Winter's head dipped in both her own request for forgiveness and in acceptance of his. She removed herself from her defense on top of the carcass, slightly, signaling that he could eat if he wished. Her tail raised up in friendliness. However, she put her muzzle back into her meal to make sure he understood that it was still her food. The continuation of her dinner did not last long. Another wolfess appeared with a hostile growl. The white wolfess looked at her with unconcern, her ears slightly laid back, deciding she would not attack the creature growling at her but she would, however, make her opinion known. Winter stretched her muzzle out and snapped her jaws at the wolf, deliberately missing but getting fairly close, in warning that she was in no mood for hostilities against her and was not about to let anyone tell her what to do. This was free territory as currently no pack dominated it. Her neck contracted, making herself out of range if the she-wolf wished to continue the argument. Her head lowered back down to eat, but her emerald eyes casually watched the she-wolf. |

(i have no clue) Silverfang snarled back as the other She-wolf got too close for comfort. Her only thought was protecting her pup, but when she noticed the other wolfess was only protected herself, she decided to lower her gaurd, a little. She wasn't used to her pack not being there to back her up. If wanted, the other two wolves could gang up on her and she would be forced to leave or die defending her "home". |

( I'll join!) Grismak easily ran to the top of a snow covered hill. Slightly sitting on his haunches he rested ready for the worst. His pure white fur covered in anothers blood. He was unscathed , but the ohter wolf was probably hanging on for life. He sat on the hill till he hjad licked most of his blood off his pelt. Then he lept off heis haunches and ran at a break neck speed through the forrest |

Satisfied that the she-wolf hadn't attacked, Winter's focus was back on eating. She'd glance at the others around her now and then simply to watch them. After a while, she finished eating and simply laid next to the carcass to ward off those who dared try to eat it without her permission. |

Grismak slid on the snow in frount of a den he could slightly see the outline of another wolf lying in the den. His tail automaticly tucked under his legs. He had not ment to come this close to another den for days. |

Silverfangs ears came up quickly and she stood, smelling another wolf in the area. She spotted the wolf and snarled a little, but not as mean as usual to see the wolf was either embrassed or scared. She watched him for a moment and then she laided down again. |

Grismak could tell this wouldn't be the right time to just lay down under a tree and go to sleep , but he did anyway, his paws were cracked from running on the4 snow and he just now saw that they were bleeding . He gently laied himself down on the ground gave the other wolf one last pitiful look and shut his eyes |
