It's an all girls boarding school in California. It's english riding, and just for riding. I'll list the classes/electives that you can take. There are uniforms that you must wear! You can pick from a navy blazer or vest, and hunter green and navy blue plaid skirt or shorts. Or white button up blouse. You can wear blue stockings or nylons. For riding, you must wear britches with a belt and any blue or green or white polo. Stables: 2 indoor barns (each with 50 stalls) Outdoor flat work arena Outdoor jumping arena Indoor flat work arena Indoor jumping arena Outdoor Dresage arena 3 pastures 3 turn out arenas 10 wash racks Classrooms: 1 auditorium/theater 1 building (2 stories) with top floor for core classes like English and Math, and bottom floor for electives 1 building by the stables for Equine courses 1 gym Dorms: (you share a room with one other person) Emerson- 9th graders Hart- 10th graders Hope- 11th graders Stewart- 12th graders Classes: English History Math Science Electives: Art Music (Chorus, Orchestra or Band) Spanish French ***You are required to take English, Math, History and Science with 2 electives. However, the electives can change each semester. Equine Classes: Flat Work (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced) Hunters (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced) Jumpers (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced) Dressage (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced) Equine Health Stables Management **There is an evaluation for what class you'll be in. ***Also, you can only take two riding classes and one equine class per semester. ****Beginner class height: 2-2'3", Intermediate class height: 2'6"-3', Advanced class height: 3'-3'9" Teachers: Headmistress- Mrs. Parham Counselor- Mrs. Klenk English- Mrs. Crowley History- Mrs. Donnelly Math- Ms. Gavin Science- Mrs. Marvin Art- Ms. Fox Music -Chorus- Mrs. Halop -Orchestra- Ms. Scott -Band- Ms. Miller Spanish (levels 1-4)- Ms. Loso French (levels 1-4)- Ms. Lauro Flat Instructor- Ms. Bennett Hunter Instructor- Mrs. Darcy Jumpers Instructor- Ms. White Dressage- Mrs. Malone Equine Courses- Ms. Bennett Let me know if there's anything else you want added. |

The sun was out, and it gleamed off the newly painted sign reading West Creek Riding Academy. There were girls everywhere, dressed casually. "Well they seem to be taking advantage of not wearing their uniforms," Mrs. Mayson said, smiling. "I guess," Kim said, anxiously looking at the scenery. A tall chestnut gelding paced the wooden rails of the pasture. His coat was shiny and reflected the sun. "Wow, he's gorgeous." Mrs. Mayson said. "Here we go," She smiled. A tall redheaded girl with a clipboard came up to their car. "Hi, My name is Katie. I'm a senior here, and I'll be helping you find your dorm. What's your name?" "Kimberley Mayson," Kim said. "Do you know how to find where our horses are?" Kim asked anxiously. Her mare, Starlight, was probably nervous from the trailer ride up to the school. "Um, yes, it says here that you have a Thoroughbred mare...Starlight? Yeah, she's in stall 23 of the first stable block. But first, let's get you to your dorm." Katie smiled as they parked the car and unloaded Kim's luggage. |

Hailey rode in the back seat of her mother's car. She stared out the window, arms crossed. This was the sixth boarding school she'd ever been to. She'd always find ways to get kicked out, but the others had nothing to do with equines, or art, or music, which was all she was into even though Hailey had strait A's without even trying because of her photographic memory. When the car stopped, Hailey hopped out, and looked around. She grabbed her only bag, a big duflebag, and watched a brunet walk up. "Hi, you must be Haily, and your horse is Magic, right? I'm going to be your guide the first day of school. I'm Elizabeth, a senior." she said, smiling. Hailey just said 'hi' back. "So weres Magic? I don't want to do anything until I see her!" Hailey said. "I think we should get you situated in your room first." "No I want to see Magic!" Hailey said, voice rising. "Okay, okay! Follow me!" |

(anyone who's a 10th grader wanna be my dorm buddy?) Kayden Adams smiled as she saw the massive school as her mom pulled up in the driveway to West Creek Riding Academy. Kayden saw that the parking lot was full of people. "You ready?" Her mom asked. "Yes." Kayden said confidently. Last week, she had trailered her horse Diesel here and set up her dorm room. She couldn't wait to meet her new roommate. She grabbed her back pack and looked over at her mom. "You know we're only an hour and a half away if you need us." Kayden's mom said as she gripped her daughter's hand. "I know Mom." Kayden said softly. They both got out of the car and mother and daughter hugged. "I love you sweetie." Her mother said. "I love you too." Kayden replied, placing a kiss on her mother's cheek. "I'll call you later this week to let you know how school's going." "Alright." Mrs. Adams said, getting back in the car. "See you." Kayden waved as her mother's blue pick-up truck pulled out of the dusty driveway. Kayden followed the signs to the registration booth. |

Kim looked at the Emerson dorm. It was a modern-looking dorm with white walls and large windows. "Well, this is it. You're in room 17. You're sharing with a girl named.... Sarah Greenwood. I'll show you to your room." Katie said, stepping into a large elevator. "Thanks," Kim said, holding the door open for her mom. "Allright, level 2. This is you." Katie said. A crowd of girls entered the elevator, giggling and screaming with laughter. "Settle down please, girls." Katie said sternly and led Kim to the end of the hall. "!7, here you go." Katie said and walked in. "Well Sarah's not here yet, so you can dump your stuff. Today's really laid back, so go and see all of your teachers if you want. You might want to wait and see which bed your dorm partner wants." Katie said starting to leave. "Um, Katie?" Kim asked quickly. "Can we ride today?" "Yeah. I know what you mean, I can't wait to ride my gelding!" Katie said grinning. "Oh, you ride too?" Kim asked. "Oh yeah, I was the captain of the junior jumping team last year. Me and Pegasus were at tht top of our game. He's had it easy, coming here and all. Now it's relaxed. But we'll try out for the JJT this year and see how it goes." "Junior jumping tem? Sounds like fun." Kim said. "Definately," Katie said. "See you around." |

Isabella waved goodbye to her mom as she drove away. A tall blonde haired girl walked up to her. "Hi, I'm Sarah," she said, "You're Isabella Bryant right?" Isabella nodded. "I'm a senior," the girl continued, "I'll take you to your room." "What about my horse?" Isabella asked. Sarah studied her clipboard. "A gray stallion named Storm? He's already been seen to and stabled. After you put your things in your dorm you can go see him." Isabella hesitated, but finally nodded. As much as she wanted to see Storm, her bags were getting heavy, and she was eager to put them down. Also she was eager to meet her new roomate. She usually got along with most people so she hoped that she would be able to get along with her roomate. She followed Sarah into the boarding school and up to her dorm. |

Helena ran to the stables to see that someone had got knocked oveer from durza's frustration. "calm down Durza"Helena said rning to Durza. Right when Durza saw her he got calm and neighed happily,"didn't you see my notice DO NOT get Durza out of the truck without me being here." Helena said angrily,"YOU COULD HAVE INJURED HIM." After getting Durza calm she followed Susie to her room "room 30,here you go"Susie said happily. "Whatever" exclaimed Helena. She threw her stuff down and went up to susie."can I have this room to mysel I DO NOT get along with ppl." Susie said "I 'll see what I can have done". Rachel got out of the car, she was still upset with her mom for making her come her. Just because her twin brother was going to a boarding school dose not mean she had to. "Hello, your Rachel right, I'am Katie, I going to show you to your dorm. Katie said. "Where's Murtagh?" She asked. "He being unload and settled in right now." Katie said. "Where's his stall." She asked. Katie looked at the sheet of paper she was holding."Stall 14" "Here's your dorm area your in Hart, room....." Katie pasued for a mintue, "Well you had room 30 but the person whats to be alone so you can room 31 but I see if I could find you a roommate." "Thank you for your help.Hope to see you around." Rachel said. Rachel started to uppack the address to her brother boarding school she layed on the desk and hung the picture of them on her bulltin board. She signed, as she started to but her cloths in her dresser. |

Helena heard knocking at her door and she found Susie standing outside "I got you your own room" ,Susie said. "thankfully" Said Helena. as she finished unpacking she went to find someone who would know if they would go riding today. She found Katie and asked if they were and said that once you got settled in you could go riding. Helena decided that it was too late to ride but she went in and groomed Durza,whenever anyone came by Durza would neigh angrily while the person would run off trying to stay away and not get hurt by Durza's powerful legs. Helena laughed when she saw someone run away. After grooming Durza she put him in his stall stall 13 they decided it was the strongest out of them all so they thought it was necessary. She got done and went back to her dorm and sat down and started to read. |

Rescued Flame from the rack-track she worked at because theu were going to but her down. Play soccer, and in band playing the trombone. Dose all english and western type of riding.
