This is an RP me and my Wenchizzle have been brainstorming together. It's very loosely based on the tv series Heroes. Ordinary people gaining extraordinary abilities. For more info see here: http://heroeswiki.com/Main_Page Plot line: An un-named agency has uncovered genetic anomalies within humans giving them unique special abilities. More people around the world are waking up and discovering these gifts and the Agency wants them for unknown reasons. This Agency has names of many people with these gifts on a computerised data list. Everyone on that list is being tracked and on occasions been abducted to experiment on. How these individuals handle there new powers and the people out to use them is up to the person. For good or for evil. A secondary force is lurking on the outskirts, fascinated and inspired by the people with developing gifts. Who is he and what does he want? Rules: 1. No Godmodding or Powerplay unless given permission to do so by another person. 2. Only one power, per person 3. No two people can have the same power. 4. Only non-Canon characters are in this version of Heroes. You can use there power, but not the character. I'm workin on mine as we speak. **editted with Bio** Name: Kaisa Anders Age: 21 Sex: Female Appearance: http://i18.tinypic.com/4hs3s5g.jpg Occupation(if any): Works at the local comic book store Location: New York Power: Ability to remember and retain all information she reads, sees and hears. Personality: Honest, trustworthy and reliable. Enjoys life and loves her job and her friends. Bio: Kaisa was an unremarkable child and was "Academically Challenged" as her parents would call it. Dropping out of High School, much to the anger of her parents, Kaisa persued her one real love, comic books and comic art. A gifted artist, though modest about her talents, Kaisa found herself working a part-time job at Five Star Comics in New York. It was low pay, but she loved it and worked there whenever she could, immersing herself in comics and books. Now living on her own, Kaisa lives life to the fullest. In the past 6 months, Kaisa has noticed her memory improving gradually. Remebering the smallest of details. Able to add up totals without the use of a calculator or cash register. Memorising comics in precise order and location. The manager of the store, so impressed with this he gave her a full time job as assistant manager. |

This looks kind of interesting, Phoenix. I need to decide if I can spare the time for it, though. Just fyi, eidetic memory isn't normally considered a super power. At least, I've never heard of it being considered so. |

I realise that. But it's more than just simply having an awesome memory. My character has the power of a former cast member from the show. Sage from X-Men also has this ability as a mutation. It's rare, but not unheard of. |

The characters on Heroes don't all have 'super powers', some have just special abilities. I have yet to get my bio up, but I want to save the ability to heal/being unbreakable for my character so that no one takes it before I am done

Will always heal, never get sick, never grow old and will never die. Physically, she will stay the age of 18 forever. Personality: Open-minded, carefree, independent, diplomatic Bio: Dropped out of high school at the age of 17 due to lack of interest in the academic world. Lived with her parents until the fateful day when her parents were killed (along with 33 other people) in a highway pileup which she miraculously survived without a scratch. Broke and homeless she thought it'd be the end of her when fate intervened again and she stood as the sole heir to a multi million dollar fortune a great aunt had left behind. Has since the highway accident noticed that her body has an incredible ability to heal. |

Name: Elisha Hieghts Age: 16 (just tell me if she's too young) Sex: Female Location: Utah Appearance: 5'6", shoulder length black hair, normally in a braid, green eyes, slim figure. Occupation(if any): Unemployed. Is a sofmore in highschool. Her fovorite thing to do is go rock climbing. Power: Has the ability to turn invisible, and can also turn other things invisible. Personality: Very outgoing in small groups, but introvent when she is surrounded by unfarmiliar people. Very firm in her beliefs. Only five months before she found this power out, when hanging out on a roof, her friend(who was drunk) accidently pushed her off a roof. Only two months before hand she was highered as a photographer.... |
