In an Earth in an alternate reality. The world is no longer the peaceful, civilised place it once was. War has broken out between two very powerful factions. The Mutants and the Meta-Humans. Once there was co-existance between both, but something happened that splintered the group in two. Assassination of the one of the worlds most influential leaders, a human man, by a super powered individual. This caused outrage within all aspects of humanity. Human, Mutant and Meta-Human. People, familys, friends, lovers were beginning to be at odds with one another. It was decreed that a registration for all super powered beings was put into place, so they could be kept a watchful eye over. Two groups are now in place. One Pro-Registration. One Anti-Registration. Rules: - No God Modding ect - Any character can be based on any super powered indivual in any known super hero Universe, but not the characters themselves. - Try not to make your characters overly powerful - I'd prefer a limit of two powers per character. One main power, one secondary lesser power. Both powers should be connected in some way - Have fun! meh, I'll get a rough bio up now while I have it in my head. Name: Alison 'Ali' Dane Alias: Amazon Genetic Type: Meta-Human Affiliation: Anti-Registration Appearance: to come Power: Ali has enhanced strength via Military genetic experimentation. Secondary Power: Enhanced endurance in combat situations, also via Military experimentation. Other Skills: Skilled with all forms of military weaponry and hardware. Personality: Sarcastic sense of humour, lacks compassion, is regimented and disciplined. History: After the gruelling training of the Navy, Alison was handpicked among a few elite officers, to undergo special Super Soldier experimentation. A loyal soldier, Alison considered it an honour and her duty. After the assassination, Alison became dissillusioned with her orders to detain all super humans for registration. Now officially A.W.O.L, Alison works against all who oppose Super Humans right to secrecy and freedom. |

Name: N/A Alias: Lokai Genetic Type: Meta-Human Affiliation: Anti-Registration Appearance: Shoulder length blonde hair, brown eyes (Which turn red when fire is produced) and a young looking face, quite square. He stands around six feet tall and is quite thin, but has a little muscle definiation. Usually wears black leather boots, a white vest and jeans. Power: Ability to produce and shoot fire from his hands. Secondary Power: Lokai has total resistance to all heat. Other Skills: Lokai has a huge pain threshold and will willingly walk into a fight he might not win. Personality: One word defines Lokai: mad. He has a favourite phrase of a high pitched scream "FIRE!" which is shortly followed by the burning of many people who stand nearby. He is unpredictable and lacks all morals. He loves to hurt others and destroy buildings and other structures. However he also has a hidden pyschological side which he uses against enemies to put them in a lack of focused state. History: Little is known about Lokai. He spent much of his life setting areas ablaze and being chased by other super human beings and the authorities. It is believed that he is young as he was only discovered around five years ago and also he has such a young appearence. When he learnt of the legislation being brought in he joined the anti group, not so much as he was anti registration, but because he thought he'd have more fun with them. |

Power: muscle mimicry Secondary Power: maybe I'll think of one later Other Skills: he has alot of skills... because if he sees someone doing something, he can mimick it exactly Personality: I hardly put the personality... I think it's more fun to find out and build the character History: same as personality Other: Aaron is limited to what actions he can mimick. Like if he sees someone fly, he can't do because he doesn't have that power. But, he can draw, do martial arts, flips, kicks, play instruments just by watching someone else do it. |

Hope this is all right as I typed it up rather quickly over my lunch break. Name: Aesir Alias: Baldur Genetic Type: Meta-Human Affiliation: Anti-Registration Appearance: Aesir wears a duster of black leather and pants, boots, and shirt that are also all black and look tailored to his size. He has deep-set eyes overshadowed by sever brows. His hair is neatly cut and his short beard emphasizes the long lines of his face, the high cheekbones, the straight slash of his mouth, and the angular strength of his jaw. Aesir is tall and long limbed, but carries himself with an air of confidance. Power: Telekenesis/Psychokinesis (technically the same thing) Secondary Power: Superhuman reflexes Other Skills: He loves martial arts and is quite good at them as his enhanced reflex time makes him able to avoid or block most melee attacks. A large black para-military boot went shooting forward, destroying the plasma tv. Obliterating it completely. "This is absurd!" the womans voice roared angrily "I cannot believe they are really going through with this!" Spinning on her heels, she marched out of the cold metallic room, with a dark scowl on her face. Some soldiers came walking hurriedly towards her "Major" one of them spoke up, almost timidly trying to get her attention. "Major Dane!" another repeated with more confidence in his voice. The officer stopped and glared at them "What is it? I'm in a hurry" she said sharply "Colonel Anderson needs to see you immediately" the second soldier replied. Dane merely grunted a reply and walked back on her journey. Passing through cold, sterile looking walls that had no real feature at all. She arrived at a dark wooden door, and knocked on it and waited for a reply. "Come in Alison" came a gravelly voice from behind the door. Walking into the room she was greeted by a man in his mid-fifties. Greying dark hair and sharp green eyes and a weak smile, as if he had something on his mind. "At ease Major" he said "I have to talk to you about a very important assignment" he explained, standing up and walking over to Alison but resting himself on his black desk. Moving away some papers and other nick nacks that had found there way onto the Colonels desk. "What assignment?" Alison Dane asked, managing to conceal her earlier anger. "I need you to lead a team against some Anti-Registration insurgents" Alison stared at the Colonel in disbelief. She couldn't even muster up the words to reply to him. All her career, Alison had been an excellent soldier. Always fulfilling her duties to the best of her ability. She even agreed to allow them to test on her, giving her strange new abilities that at times freaked her out. "I'm sorry sir?" Alison replied, almost stammering "How can you ask me to do this?" |
