(Well... if no one has a problem with it... I'll just make a post that kinda continues on with where we left off... though I'm scooting forward just a tad bit... maybe it's a few minutes later, from what you'll see.)


The news had been a shock to her. One of the others had seen what happened to Tomos, and upon her inquiry, told the girl. Her first reaction was sadness. Rose wanted to run away and cry. But that faded after just a moment, leaving anger and determination. She looked up at the people near her. Ronin, a brave man that would do anything to make sure his sister staid safe. The woman Anne who looked on shamefaced. For all she had done, she had still saved Rose's life, and in doing so allowed Rose to save other lives. But that fact didn't make the others any more trusting of her, because she had still brought a trap to their meeting. Rose had every right to blame her for the capture of Tomos. Didn't she? Just like it was almost justifiable when Haven almost hit her out of fear of his cousin, Waverly. But no one knew her intentions, so maybe it wasn't justified.
Then there was Haven. The leader of their rebellion, the leader of the Shadin. Brave, and always looking out for his people, if not a little stubborn. They looked up to him, looked to him for the next step. And that's where they stood now.
"What should we do?" Rose asked him, after his anger had cooled down and they could all start thinking rationally. "We can't leave all those Shadin in the king's hands. Keith... and Tomos... we can't leave them. We can't sit idle, we have to do something!"

The two women, Waverly and Lilith, were dressed in servants' garbs. They hurried down the street, a small basket hung by the crook of Waverly's arm. They were putting their plan into action now. Waverly had to save Keith. She couldn't sit by and wait like Haven could. Despite how much she loved her cousin, she couldn't abide by his decisions this time. Waverly's hand snuck under the cloth that covered the contents of the basket and found the drugged wine and couple of cups. Their way in. Hopefully they would find just as easy a way out with Keith with them... If it wasn't too late already...
