Never was much of a hobbit fan, i guess i feel thier kinda overrated...

I've always thought of hobbits as sweet, child-like people.. I don't see a reason to hate them.. nor do I see a reason to love them, except perhaps that they are cute little things..

I love the hobbits because they're so simple and happy. But when I think about it, they are rather small minded and set in their ways. I guess I love the fellowship hobbits best, they have the most heart, which could be taken as evidence that hobbits can be very resilient, loyal etc in the face of necessity...?

I agree. I don't dislike them, but people get really obsessed with them so I just kind of back off.
