Oh I loved that movie. It was my favorite movie of all time! I watched it over and over and over... and over.
It was nice to see Orlando playing a character where you paid more attention to his face rather than his feet. At first I was worried about how Orlando would do in a more modern human role but I think that he totally nailed it. I liked him before Elizabethtown but after it...I have a whole new respect for him as an actor.
It also had a great plot, an all around A+ cast and crew, wonderful back ground music, and Orlando and Kirsten had major chemistry together. It's a must own movie!
ps did anyone else not reconize Orlando (at first)? I mean his voice was so different (not bad just...different) and his hair and clothes were different than in his other roles. It took me a few good still shots (I looked at pictures over the internet) to figure out who he was.

Lol, nope I know my Orli. :p But his voice was different. I think I knew was because the only reason we watched the movie the first time is 'cuz Orli was in it. :teehee: And it was a good movie. I like the music too.

Arenal, see it! *attacks your mom* *and begs your aunt* Am I helping? :goofy:

drewkid, What's your favorite scene in the movie? I liked the part where he was jumping up and down yelling at his mom (on the cell phone) or for a much more serious part I liked it when he was on the bike. :'( That realy was a beutiful movie.
Oh, I can't wait for Friday night. My mom and I are going to drag out the tissues and watch it...again. :-D

yeah it was weird to hear the voice because without seeing the face you can go " i think i've herd that voice before, i kind of sounds like some one but i don't know who" but when u finally see his face its like wow! its orlando. but i knew it was him from the start and i think that helps because i could kind of here him behind the american accent. i could kind of tell it was him.

but yeah. really liked the movie. i know ppl who said they didn't really like it but its one of those that you just have to pay attention to the story line and whats going on. nothing else. you really can't expect anything from anyone in it or else you might be disapointed. i liked it though. i though it was a great storyline and a movie that some people can relate too.

im not quite sure what my fav. scene was. its been a while scence i've seen it. but i liked the road trip back. that was cool and the memorial with the band and the bird setting everything on fire.

Yay! I finally got it on dvd! It's really good. I think Orlando does a good jobĀ“and also the accent he masters brilliantly. But did you notice when he calls Ellen, he says that he was calling about that silly 'goodbye' - there you kinda sense the british, don't you?

Anyway, such a good film. I love the road trip! But all those small episodes! When he wants people to call him they don't and suddenly everyone calls him snd makes him stressy. Oh, poor Drew. Give him to me.
