I know.. i don't like it when people talk ot horss like property , i like it when you treat a horse with respect cause they'll prbably throw you if you get to annoying! (jk)

Yes, Viggo/Frank T. definately found a great way to communicate with the horse and treat it with respect. Most people don't. And I love those scenes when he does barebackriding. Or jumps on the horse in full gallopp (after stealing the water). It was also very nice that Viggo, in every interview about Hidalgo, made it clear that the horse is the main character in the movie and most important, he even says T.J. (who played Hidalgo most of the time) was the best actor in the movie.

Viggo is definatly a horse guy. Very cool. I liked the movie alot, espesially at the end. But the evil side of me was thinking "How long was that horse in captivity? All his life? can he survive in the wild?"
I guess he has a herd.

I think so. Or , at least I hope so. But he wasn't in captivity all his life, for Jazira said that Frank captured him in the wild. And Frank said he didn't tame him. That really cool. It nearly made my cry. And i actually cried in the cinema when I let Hidalgo go. It was such a beautiful scene....
