Hey folks, I’m curious how others deal with developer shortages or skill gaps during busy project cycles. Hiring full-time employees often takes months, and outsourcing entire projects can sometimes lead to communication issues or loss of control. I recently started looking into IT staff augmentation — basically adding skilled external engineers to our in-house team for specific needs (frontend, QA, DevOps, etc.).
