I loooove Padme's Wardrobe. Also Anakin and His Angel: http://www.anakinandhisangel.com If you want something encompassing the entire Star Wars saga (EU and everything), look at http://www.theforce.net; that forum's really big and slightly confusing (for me at least) so you may want to do their Padawan system.
