JF: It really depends on what you do with it. Some people post long rants or articles and stuff, others only post photos. I think it's a much easier way of blogging, because if you don't feel like writing a long post, you can just (re)blog some photos and stuff and still keep your blog alive :P

I'm still struggling with some aspects of it though such as searching for stuff. Whenever I search for anything there are tons and tons and tons of stuff, so am I supposed to search for more than one tag? And how come some tags that I know I have seen, when I search for them it comes up as nothing?

I really want to find some specific 30 day challenges, which I know I saw, but when I search for them, they're not there.

Yeah I really only search when I'm looking for a specific post. If you follow people who post things you like, you're likely to find other people to follow as well, because their things will be posted on your dash through the person you already follow. Or you can track certain tags, like, say, Lord Blackwood, and you'll find people to follow through that ;)

I don't have a Tumblr. And for SOOOO long, I was determined not to even bother with Tumblr. I don't really know why, I just didn't want to be.

But, of course, you know how things go ... and I've kept finding myself stumbling upon them by complete accident. :duh:

And now I've decided that Tumblr is the Black Hole of Death and Eater of All My Time and Shall Be The Death of Me. :lol: THEY ARE TOO MUCH FUN! (And WAAAAAYY too much eyecandy for me to handle) XD Except I still don't have one, and I just kind of like to creep on everybody's. ;) Ha ha ha ha!

I don't really know what the point of this post was, but YAY! for all you AUers that have one! :P

New question: how can I get in contact with someone? I mean, if I don't want to like or reblog someone's posts, how can I add a comment? I noticed that Kit(oky) is there, and I followed her, and I want to let her know that it's me, and it's been so long since I have spoken to her... can you message people at all?

Also, I notice some people have archives and some also have what looks like custom layouts. Do archives come with only some pre-made lauouts, or can you add an archive choice?

I sound so young and inexperienced here. :innocent:
