Alright so here is the scoop-de-doop
I am trying to dyverse myself into the wonders that are PHP, but my Windows cannot seem to work PHP files unless i upload them to the internet. Does anyone know a good EASY way to make PHP show up on my computer?

I can't remember it exactly, but it's something like PHP is read through your IPS, NOT your browser, therefore the only way to view PHP files is after you upload them to the internet.
