It looks good to me! (love the layout) Though I would suggest either moving the navigation over to the right more or moving the left side down some, because for me "Home" and "Welcome" are overlapping.

It all looks great to me!
Though one nitpicky thing that may be just personal. I like the home page to be split up, like "this is what is new here" *break* "this is new here". But like I said, that may be just me.  _________________ going on a journey through my old claims

the side bar on the left works just fine for links (I tried it) and then the header buttons ect work just fine, but for some reason the main thing (body, whatever you call it, I can't think of it at the moment) isn't working like it should... and neither are the links. 
why? I'm really getting confused... I don't get why the header and the left column would work just fine and yet that part isn't working right. *rips hair out* it's got to be something little that's throwing off the whole thing... ideas?

that's funny because on both of our computers it looks fine to me... 
Just to get a second opinion and another pair of eyes though.... er, Nurrshey, is there anything else going on with the layout or anything? Anything funky like that? it's all completed now, so I hope not, but I just want to make sure since it would seem the computers in this household aren't showing problems when they're there. *shrugs* 
After I got it written and everything it did look to be... too much. Too many words and not enough breaks. To hard to follow.
