What kind of forum are you using? (Proboards? Invisionfree?)

For Invisionfree forums, go to the Admin CP> Skinning & Styles> Manage Style Sheets. Then paste the code for the skin in the box provided on the page.

I have no idea how to use Proboards so if you have a proboards forum, I can't help you there....
