um it's called ArcSoft PhotoStudio, but I'm yet to meet anyone else who has it. It actually has all the basic functions of Adobe and all those nicer programs (except for brushes and textures  ). It's mostly just a matter of figuring out how to apply PSP and PIP tutorials to my program because it uses different terminology.

Hey Hobbit Girl, did you make that with paint? Because then, it's almost not fair because a lot of people have paint shop pro and photoshop and things like that. And I actually don't think that your banner is all that bad! _________________ <center>

Yes, I just have paint.  Altough, I'm trying to convince my parents to get photoshop, but they don't know what that is!  And I'm glad you like my banner too. _________________
