your just like a regular voter from what I gather. but you have a set of critera for picking the best one, instead of just opinion. like good color balance or something.

Sorry I'm still working on my first banner! I have to get my DVD from my grandmother, and I'm getting that this Friday. Hopefully I'll get mine in on time! Sorry for the inconvienance
