Awww fankoo actually.. I didn't use any textures on this one. To get the glowing/fading effect I copy the first layer I have and put the copy on top, add a Guassian Blur (value 5.0) effect to it and change the mode from 'Normal' to 'Screen'. I also add plenty of Contrast (+20 or higher) to both of the layers. You'll just have to play around, sometimes an extra guassian blur layer with maybe a different mode than screen works really good as well. It all depends on what pictures you use and how the lighting is on the picture etc.
