Just for future reference, it might be better to contact participants in said "fallen behind" contests who don't have entries in, or at least make a "24-hour warning" post on the thread. If the contest's creator has forgotten about it, there's a good chance those involved have forgotten as well (seeing as life can get rather hectic) and simply didn't think about needing to get their entries in. I know that personally I just got caught up in the common goings-on of life, and this contest completely slipped my mind because it wasn't getting bumped by new posts (I rarely have time to read past page 1).
I'm not getting onto you personally in any way (on the contrary, I admire your patience for dealing with all of the abandonned contests), but like I said, just for future reference.

Another contest that "fell behind". To those who didn't get their entries in, sorry but the deadline was the 7th so you had a long time to enter. Amara and Supergirl - you didn't actually enter a set but I have added you both anyway. Also, anyone who wishes to make the awards would be a lifesaver. Please vote for your favourite entries. Sorry about that Pirates, I don't think I read your post. In future I will contact the participents as well as the contest starter. The whole reason for the directory is so that the contest creator and the contestants won't forget. As I PM'd Scarlett Storm and left it for the two days, I started the contest as I said I would do. In future I will PM everyone and wit until they reply. Thanks for pointing it out so things can be made better in the future. Scarlett: This contest was supposed to have ended on the 7th. I then posted a few times on the thread asking when it would end. I then PM'd you and left it two days, now I'm very sorry if this has annoyed you but how long am I supposed to wait? If I keep postponing putting the voting up, the whole point of the directory, is rendered useless.

Yes, okay fine but I have coursework to do....it will be done, but you got to give me time. It ended on the 7th its only the 16th today, I also asked ShieldMaiden for help sorting it out.

Well perhaps then in future you could just make a post on the actual thread stating the delay so people know what's happening? And in future I shall be more diplomatic towards people such as yoursleves Ok. At least we are learning form any mistakes we make here.
