*Hello everybody! This is the "Gladiator" banner contest.
The theme,of course, is the "Gladiator" movie.Please read the rules.:)

*Rules
-The banner must be original,not pre-made.
-The banner must be the standard size(700x150).
-You can use any scene from the movie.
-You may submit two entries.
-Please post a link under the entry.
-End of the contest: 20.01.2008 (that's 2 weeks from now)
-Have fun :)

Honestly, it is so hard to find good pictures of Joaquin Phoenix. I really don't think Ridley Scott shot Commodus well - all the scenes with him are gloomy or just not right to use as graphics.

^Which is surprising because you seemed to have made that banner perfectly. I actually knew you would use those particular screencaptures. It's the only scene that I remember from the bit I saw of Gladiator.

Wow, really? That's kinda spooky. I don't really remember anything about Gladiator at all (except Commy was teh dude) and the only scene I do remember "AM I NOT MERCIFUL?!" which if I an can find an appropriate image will definitely be a quote I use. Finding those images was just pure luck.

Thank you. A compliment from you is high praise - I know now about you and my banners and sometimes some of them disappoint, but I'm glad you like this one. :-)

And I am going to remake that Phantom banner one day, so you can tell me if you think I've done my love for Phanny justice. ;)
