I'm pretty sure someone used to do these a long way back, but I'm not sure I remember who, otherwise I would give them credit for me reviving this idea.
What is this contest all about? Well I'll be providing a base banner, which you will then have to work with (no matter how horrendous my blending skills are) by adding effects, but you must use the banner that I posted.
This round's banner is: Elven Waybread
Rules:
1. You may NOT blend in other photos to the banner - the banner above is the only picture you are allowed to use.
2. You may add any effect on the banner to modify it, including: textures, brushes, colouring, patterns, text, etc.

Awesome Nurr! Anyone else interested in doing this? I realize the forum traffic is significantly slower than it used to be, but I know there's still some of you out there who can make fine banners out of this. : )
