I am in a quandary and need some advice. I recently became a caregiver for my elderly mother. I have to be with her all day. Balancing caregiving and work has become difficult. I am wondering if there are ways to earn a paycheck while caring for a family member. Do you have any suggestions or experiences to share?

One option to explore is the CDPAP program. To get started, you'll need to collaborate with a Fiscal Intermediary. Prolife Home Care is recognized in the New York region and can help determine your eligibility for the program. It's worth looking into as it can provide both financial support and assistance for your caregiving responsibilities.

Hi there! I completely understand the struggle to balance caregiving and work. One option you might consider is the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP). I found this informative article at https://prolifehc.com/post/10-Ways-to-G ... ily-Member. It covers several options to consider. Additionally, if you're in New York, working with a fiscal intermediary like Prolife Home Care could be a good step. They can help determine your eligibility to start with them.
