This is my first contest to start so we'll see how it goes  . The rules are one banner per person (there will a max of 15 spots available). The subject of the banner must be on a particular elf (Arwen, Elrond, Legolas, ect) or it can be about elves in general.
I will save spots for people. Entries must be entered by October 30 and voting will start the next day. I might enter if there are any spots left over, otherwise I won't.
