Ok, so there are always those scenes that no one makes images from! Well I intend to change that! It can be any scene from LOTR that you have never seen, or seen very few banners made from. It must be a banner Pm it to me! 1. Lady Silme

PM'ing entries could be a good thing, that way people don't have to feel they need to top the banners already posted by contestants, or be disappointed before hand when posting their entry and then someone posts an even prettier one. |

Oh y3qh.. i noticed some people wait til the last moment to enter banners. yeah that is a good idea..but the chance of them getting lost |

Pm's also prevent people copying banners. It makes it more fair also. Anmd its always fun to see the banners for the first time when you see the poll |
