Hey guys I decided I wanted to start a poetry contest anyone can join but only 10 people. So enter! You can only enter 1 poem it can be about anything, lotr, hp, love, death, fear etc. But please not a extremly long one.

Me too.
I already have my entry, I wrote it once while running on the way to Adivsory Period (yes, I know, i wrote it while walking...)
World of Dreams
She puts her pencil to blank pages
Quickly makes her thoughts known
And creates a world of imagination
She's nearing the end now
The end of her writing
This world of dreams will fade away
She lingers over woven words
And with a flourish the story ends
Carefully she gathers sentences
Locks away paragraphs
And chapters never to be read _________________ <center>

Here is my poem:
WHEN SPRING
Too long it has lasted;
This reign of bitter cold
From her icy breath I hide,
In the hollow of my tree
When the snow begins to melt,
And I smell the sweet spring grass,
I’ll walk beneath your boughs again
When the grasses turn to green
When I hear the merry bluebirds chirp
And smell the first sweet blooms
I’ll dance beneath your boughs again
When the blossoms begin to bloom
When I feel the Sun warm through the trees
And hear the river running
I’ll sing beneath your boughs again
When the river flows to me
When world of white turns to green
And the wind dies to a whisper,
I’ll walk beneath your boughs again
When winter turns to spring
