Ok, this is a contest for doing banners of original characters used for RP's. Example: Doing one of Blackbird Turner.
-You CAN do another persons Character, but you need their permission.
-You CAN have a quote, but you HAVE TO have the characters name.
-You CAN have another person from the RP that does'nt have to be Original. Example: Doing a sibling Banner with Blackbird and Will Turner.
-Enties are limitless, I will be choosing the best ones to post for Voting.
-PM all entries to me. Subject labled 'RP OC BANNER CONTEST'.
-All entries must be in by Monday, Feb, 13.

To the first question: Limitess, but I will but the best up for voting.
To the second: Yes.
Also if you ar using another persons OC, then put the name of the person with the Entrie.
