So I was thinking. If I suddenly decide to start working out, I at least need to buy workout clothes. Even the most basic ones still cost money. Then a gym or some fitness studio. Memberships are crazy expensive right now. Then a trainer. More extra costs. And I’ve heard that if you want results, you need stuff like protein and other supplements. I just can’t afford all that. |

Home workouts... Dude, you’re overthinking it. You can always start with the simplest stuff. Let me tell you a secret, for a lot of sports you don’t even need special clothes, or a gym, or a trainer. |

Supplements and all that stuff is just nonsense in my opinion, not worth spending money on. This all sounds like the usual excuses people make when they don’t really wanna get into fitness. Trainers aren’t necessary either. Sure, it’s cool if you can afford one, but now you can get customized workout plans from all kinds of fitness apps, and they’re really solid, even for different fitness levels. |
