Thanks... hopefully I won't fail too badly... we have to write 2 five-paragraph essays for english plus 100 questions and we've only got an hour to do it... I just hope I'm able to finish. The only issue with that is Maribel didn't die at sea; I was thinking more along the lines of some magical substance seeped into her bones shortly after death and resulted in her reincarnation... perhaps a second chance at life, if you will. Then Vari and Keyara will have already left home and when she is revived she's alone. I don't know, honestly. Have any ideas?

That is something I dislike about teachers, pushing so much onto a student to achieve in under an hour. It is ridiculous.

I know I am sad that I haven't posted to any of the pirates rps or Spyrates. My characters are getting peeved because of it.

Oh well that complicates things a bit. Maybe you could get Tia Dalma to do some of her witchcraft for you. Though I like the idea of some magic inside of her that causes her to be reincarnated.

Yep-yep... I know I should probably study but I really don't feel like it... I just wanna sit here and make PotC graphics and work on RP posts. Meh.

It's okay - same here. I think Vari's about ready to jab me with a stick to make sure I'm still alive, y'know? Ugh, seriously though I've been in more of a Batman mood, but I think it's all changing now that I'm focusing on Maribel and her own story. I'll have to try and also watch DMC at some point this week or the next.

Perhaps she had gone to an Aztec Temple-esque place on one of her earlier journeys (around the age of 17, since she was pregnant with Vari at 18) and an ancient God could have blessed her with a second life; then after she was buried, the first rain that seeped into the ground triggered the "magic" that lay dormant in her body, and thus she was brought back to life. It's kinda creepy to think about, actually, but neat at the same time.

I haven't heard that song yet, but I'm sure it's amazing like the rest of their work... ah, and not to mention Jared reminds me of Ed whenever I watch one of their music vids or whatever. It's so cool seeing your characters in RL because that makes them seem all the more alive, so to speak. Hopefully that wasn't confusing to follow.

Seems you already have a great story planned out on how to bring Maribel back to life! I hope you play it out sometime in one of the RPs... Lothy and I have planned a new shipping to bring in as well =)

I love that blend PD! Those redish colors, the flower and the Chinese scripture just make it look exotic! Lovely!

Also Will, you can try playing with the saturation of the photo - I'm not sure how it is in Photoshop, but in Paint Shop Pro, it's located under Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Hue/Saturation/Lightness. That's how you get the colors to look vibrant and whatnot.

So it's just Lothy and Will who need to get their entries in and then it's on to Carmon! <3
