Post subject:  Altariel Frodo vs. SilverRose ~ Unknown Christian songs
Hello, all! Altariel Frodo and I have the exact same taste in music, so we decided to do a battle on Christian songs that are not very well known. The songs we chose are:

8. Storm - Lifehouse
9. Let the Little Lady Talk - Capital Lights
10. Bigger Scars Make Better Stories - Search the City
11. If I Could - 12 Stones
12. Promise of a Lifetime - Kutless
13. Everywhere - Michelle Tumes
14. Jekyll and Hyde - Plumb</center>

For each round we have the option of making a blend or a banner/sig set. Altariel, you can start first! :-D This is going to be so much fun. :yes:

Alright, I have my first one done! And it felt so good to be making graphics again - I hadn't made any in a few weeks. :) I'm not too pleased with the way the text came out... but the rest I'm satisfied with.

One thing: we didn't specify whether or not the round and battle should be on the graphic. I didn't do it for this one because I didn't know, but in the future do you want that to be required or not?

Hey! I know #7 and #12! Both very beautiful songs. I'm going to have to make a mental note to look the other ones up, because I seem to also have the same taste in music as you two. ^^

lol Sis, all three of us seems to be triples or something in our music tastes. :-D Altariel, I personally am not going to put the round and the battle on my entries, but you can if you want to. It's not a big deal to me. Btw, I love the coloring on your set! I love how warm it looks.

Here's my first entry! I tried really hard to think of something besides Sparrabeth.....but nothing clicked. I'll try to use subjects that don't include A/E or Sparrabeth in the future. heehee

Ooh, that's lovely! :-D Even though I'm a pretty firm Willabeth supporter. ;-) The graphic is brilliant - the pictures all seem to fit together perfectly.


Thanks Esteleth! :-D Yes, all three of us do seem to have the same tastes - it's pretty awesome. :)


Hopefully I can have mine up late in the afternoon. I think I already know what subject I'll do, as I couldn't see doing anything else for "Fearless." :teehee:

*stares and falls over* That's so pretty, Tariel!! I love the small flowers in the background, and the font for Dark Stars is amazing. Me loves the creamy blending. :yes: :) I hope to get mine done soon, but I'm going to be very very busy over the next two weeks, so I might not get that many entries in.

*goes off to watch your A/E vid and finds that you have a new vid...with a 12 Stones song, no less!!* Wow. That vid's amazing!! I happen to be a vidder, too, but I'm stuck with clips from my dad's camera, so they're horrible quality. lol

Thanks so much! :) I was going for a kind of pale, smooth look, so I'm glad that turned out. :teehee: And if you're slow, that's fine, so long as we don't let the battle totally die. ;-)

I didn't know you made videos - that's awesome! :-D Do you have a YouTube channel? I'd love to see it. And I'm glad you liked the new one - I've been working on it for ages, and yesterday decided that I HAD to finish it.

*Falls over* You have got to be kidding, you two vid also?

Well, I used to. Only The Lion King and Spirit, as those were the only movies I could get to work on my comp, for some reason. And not very many...I kinda stopped a long while ago, when my comp crashed and I lost internet. I made a few more that I never uploaded, because now I have to use my dad's comp to get online anymore...

Altariel, that blend is so beautiful! I love the coloring, Eowyn looks especially pretty! And the text blends in so perfectly...it looks so dreamy and glowy...I love it. ^^

Nope, I don't have a Youtube channel yet, but I'm going to try to get one soon. :-D Sis, you vid too?? Ok, this is getting really freaky. It's like we're all clones of each other or something! lol (Btw, I love your new sig!)

Altariel, if you're not already part of a family line, maybe you could join the Elanor line, and then you'd be related to me and Esteleth! :)

I tried to think of something other than A/E, but thanks to your beautius vid, I will always think of Fearless as being connected to them. I hope you don't mind my copying! :-D

I wish I could be officially related to you two, but I've been part of Herenya's line for the past two years. I think I'll have to be a sister in spirit though - we're all so alike! :)

That blend is gorgeous, Rose - even though it's the same subject as mine, it's totally different in its composition and the colors you used. :) I haven't seen you use many dark colors before; you did really well. :-D

I should have mine up before tomorrow; I want to get it done over the weekend, before I get busier again.

The colors will look really dark on a desktop monitor, but on my laptop they're not too bad...

Ooooh! I love it! I love the dark colors and the cross in the corner. The border's really cool, too. :)

Here's mine! I pre-made it, so I hadn't seen yours, and I think it's cool how we both have crosses in ours. :-D

Wow! I love the bright colors and the intensity of it! And I've always thought that John is really good looking, so he just adds to the coolness of the blend. :-D I'm still in awe of how you blended those pics seamlessly.

Here's mine! As you can tell, I've been really into color burn. lol

honestly, guys, these are beautiful! I LOVE them! :yes: I really like the colors on all the graphics... and the blending and pics you two have been using are amazing! I love what you two have been doing here.... gorgeous... :) I can't wait to see more, AF and SR! :D
