I need a website button (does anyone know what size it should be? I have really no idea... XD) and an avatar 50x50x

if someone could make it look like this http://www.phate.it/phate/images/walls/hellsing.jpg and a small text saying "Hellsing Norway". Both an avatar and a website button if possible.
