I think she has Windows...
As far as I remember my last GIMP download you have to download + install two things, GTK and the program itself. But that´s all I know...

^Hey that is really good!
I used Gimp when I first started, and it works really well. A little confusing, but then again every program is. My favorite effect was Soft Glow... I recomend it!
