That's me. Pose your question for photoshop, and I should be able to answer your question. Bring me some problems, I'll tell you how to fix them!

Follow my instructions:
1. Open up a new document in photoshop, 100X100.
2. Design your background, make it look nice, a splash of color.
3. Add your text, and make it look good.
4. Jump to imageready. Your text will probably show up on the first frame. Change the text opacity to 0.
5. Duplicate that frame, and change the text opacity back to 100%. Then, at the bottom of the animation box, hit tween, and have the settings on 6 frames, only checking the opacity box. Hit ok.
6. You should now have 8 frames. Click on number 8 and duplicate it (again, bottom of animation box.) Set opacity to 0 and tween again.
7. Now click on the first frame, hold down shift, and click on the last frame. All of them should be selected now.
8. Change the time from 0 secs to 0.1 seconds.
9. Hit play and see if it works. If so, continue. If not, check to see you did everything correctly.
10. Hit the internet explorer icon in the palate, and you'll see your animation in a browser. save picture as . . .
11. Yay! Ur done.

How do you get a glassy border and also how do you get the cloudy appearance on some banners?

I can awnser the one about the glassy border, if Legendel dosen't mine...

First, make your image. Then, merge all layers (Layer>Merge Visible). Select the entire image with the Rectangular Marquee tool. Make a new layer, go to Edit>Stroke. Set the size to how wide you want your border to be (10px is good) and set the color to white. Click O.K. Then, change the blending mode of the layout with the border to Overlay (in the layout palette box).

If you want it with text...

Make your text, the color should be white. To keep it readable, go to Edt>Stroke, set your width to 100 and your color to black (or whatever color takes your fancy). Set the blending mode of your text layer to Overlay.

There! That should awnser your question.

Gwenneth, the thing I love most about photoshop is simply the range of projects you can create. For example, yesterday I created a 60x60 animated avatar, and today, I'm creating an entire web page layout! Animation is also what drew me in, with it's easy to use format. Also, you can download millions of brushes from the internet. Photoshop rocks!
:bye:

Another question.... Ok, this has to do with animation. When I do animation, and i upload it, the value of the image decreases. It like, is worse. Like the banner in my siigy the sarkly one. How do i make the image an animation with destroying it's contents?

Unfortuneatley, almost all animations you'll ever see are gifs. Gifs tend to have a much lower quality than that of jpegs. Also, this is what I put my settings for animations in imageready on:

Hey, here I am..............again. :-D  Well, I wanted to know if you could tell me what a layout is? Because there are many requests for layouts....and I cant seem to do anything about it. So I was wondering if you could tell me what a layout is, and how to make one?....I'm sorry for asking so many questions.......I feel so dumb.

Layouts are the designs or templates for a web page. For example, here is a web layout:
http://www.freesitetemplates.com/templates/samples/284/

They take awhile to make, and require some html knowledge. I'm making one myself, If i could get my images to show up.
