I think she has Windows... As far as I remember my last GIMP download you have to download + install two things, GTK and the program itself. But that´s all I know...

thanks everyone - Still Flying gave me a run throught on the phone, so i'm all sorted! some one should make a gimp tutorial tho cos it's SOOOO difficult to use! |

It's a free programme for graphics - download from gimp.org (totally legal) this is my first gimpy creation:

^Hey that is really good! I used Gimp when I first started, and it works really well. A little confusing, but then again every program is. My favorite effect was Soft Glow... I recomend it! |

^thanks Luth! I'll try that one - it didn't work too well on this text i was using tho - i'll try it on a texture next time
