OK, I don't think there's a topic for this already, but if there is, please don't kill me I was just wondering how you make those sparkly names that a lot of you have.

I know how to do that. You will need an animation program. Then, all you do in make the name, take two different sparkly textures, and make it so it will go back and forth between the two sparkly textures. They are actually really easy if you have the right things.
