I have been having troubles lately with cutting my pictures for a banner. I have to hand do it and I am awful at it. Is there any other way? Because I'll look at other people's banners and they are always cut perfectly. Much Thanks.

Oh, that shouldn't be too hard! Do you have an graphics software such as Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop? If not, there are always free graphics softwares out there, like the GIMP...

Yeah I use Adobe, but I have to use the the cutting tool, and I was wondering if there was any better way of doing it.

Well, if you use the feathering tool, you can use the Polygonal Lasso tool, and you could go step by step around the image, which doesn't require much freehand skill. You don't have to worry about it being all squarish if you create enough points going consistently along the shape, plus it feathers a bit. You could also use the eraser around the place you want...

You can also use the magnetic cutting tool. You are able to get this by right clicking on the cutting tool and going two over or down. I don't remember which.
