It could be arial bold...I'm not sure though. I looked on DaFont and I couldn't find it there, but maybe I'm just overlooking things.

It must be Arial something, because it looks a lot like Arial...just a teeny bit different.

Oh and I totally agree with the quote in your sig. I love the rain.

I agree with Bubs, I think it is definitely Arial Black I think they just set the character spacing a little farther apart than normal
