Hm, I have WinDVD on mom's laptop ... I think they go to Program Files..?

I'm not sure what version you have, but I've got WinDVD 7 on my desktop so I've just had a go. I eventually found the screen cap in 'My documents'. There was an 'InterVideo' folder there - I opened it and found a 'WinDVD' folder, and opened that to find a 'Capture' folder - where I found the screencap! Hope this helps.
